SHOP POLICIES:

Ordering: Orders will be dispatched 2-4 days of payment being received. All sales are processed via our Etsy shop, its fast safe and secure. All items remain the property of KEZPRINT until full payment is received.

Shipping: We use a trackable delivery service, costs can vary dependant on size and weight of the order. Shipping services will be insured but your package will be dispatched at your own risk we can not be held liable for lost parcels. In the unlikely event that the goods have been damaged during transit please get in touch as soon as possible.

Processing time: The time needed to prepare an order for shipping can vary depending if the item is in stock or needs to be produced. Orders outside the Uk will be sent via international tracked and signed for service. Please allow up to 10 working days to receive you order.

Customs and Import taxes: For international postage buyers are responsible for any custom and import charges that mat apply. Please note we cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns: We gladly accept returns or an exchange, please contact us in 14 days of receipt for returns details. You can return your order for a full refund 30 days from purchase date. Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received in. Please note we do not pay for return postage and it is your responsibility to ensure the items reach us so we therefore recommend using a signed for service

 

Please note I cant accept a returns or exchanges on custom orders.

ACCURACY OF CONTENT:

 

We have taken every care to ensure all products are accurately depicted and clearly photographed in terms of finish and colour to date. However due to the nature of the screen printing processes and hand finishes, there maybe variations in colour and printing.

MANUFACTURE AND AFTERCARE:

All products made by KEZPRINT are hand screen printed with Eco Printing Inks. All our products are made and finished by hand in the UK.

All our textile products are printed onto natural fabrics and are hand finished.

We advice hand washing products gently with mild detergent or dry clean only. Iron on reverse of the product. Lampshades can be wiped gently with damp cloth on both outside and inside of lampshade for cleaning.
